He has been the leading force behind the development of the group from scratch to the prison it is in today.

    Shri Priyank Naredi is the Director of the company. He is by education Chartered Accountants. He looks day to day affairs of the company. He is tech savvy person by nature and hands on manager.

    The board of directors is supported by very professional & dedicative team of experts from various related field. Company is professionally managed by CA, Engg, and MBA other technically expert.

    Company is established in 2005 and situated at RIICO Indl Area, Nimbahera, Dist. Chittorgarh (Raj). It is engaged in mfg. of BOPP printed bags, polyester pouch, laminates, paper bags, leno bags for food industries, fertiliser industries and agriculture product etc and serve more than 100 customers on a regular basis and its annual capacity is 300 lakhs bags.

    Company is an integral part of Naredi Group, Nimbahera. With a commitment to India's clean energy targets, it is engaged in mfg. of Solar PV Encapsulants EVA-EPE-POE films since January 2024, which is an essential component of Solar PV Module. It has been supplied to various Solar Panels mfg. units across all over India. It is a technology oriented and fast-growing market. At present the company is having an annual capacity of approx. 50 lakhs SQM and expanding its capacity to almost double in near future by year end. To cop up with industry standards we had developed all amenities required for a Quality product and upgrading ourselves with new technological innovations. Our product is certified from well-known certifier such as TUV and UL.

    Company is situated on NH 56, Nimbahera Dist. Chittorgarh. It is engaged in mfg. of PP bags for various cement & fertilizer industries. Some major names are as follows Ultratech Cement Ltd, JK Cement Ltd, WONDER cement Ltd, Adani Wilmar Ltd, Oswal Seeds Ltd, Moglix Ltd and various bag conversion units also. It has a capacity of mfg. more than 800 lakh bags per annum. Company is having all licences & registrations that are required for processing & manufacturing of the same. It is registered with EPR also. Company is fulfilling its 50% energy requirements from renewable energy as it has installed solar power plants for generating electricity and contributing towards India’s clean energy targets.

    Naredi Group owns best in class 4 warehouses situated in Nimbahera Dist. Chittorgarh (Raj) for store of agricultural produce and other similar business activities. The business activity of a company requires one or more types of storage facilities: one for raw materials, one for semi-finished products, one for finished products, etc. Naredi warehouse has arranged these facilities on the basis of some specific operational needs, and in accordance with the restrictions and potential of each location and its surroundings. We have a business tie up with Arya Warehousing for maintaining infrastructure & warehouse management. Our capacity is 4000 tons.

Company mainly trades in wheat, maize and garlic etc at Nimbahera. Company is a licence holder at Nimbahera APMC and authorised to trade in these commodities. Company settles its contracts either through physical delivery of commodities or cash settlement according to exchange contract specifications.
